Why is U.S. Century Bank changing the design of the online and mobile banking platform?
U.S. Century Bank is redesigning the online and mobile banking platforms to provide a more intuitive, user-friendly experience for our customers. The new design improves navigation and offers more customization options to make access to account information more personalized, quicker, and easier.
When will the redesign occur?
The transition to the new design will take place on 8/19/25. Please ensure you have the latest version of our app to enjoy the new features.
What is the minimum app requirement to support the new design?
The app requires at least version 2025.02.
What is the minimum browser requirements to support the platform?
The industry standard for browser and operating system support includes the most current version (e.g., Safari 17.6) and the two preceding major versions (Safari 15.x, Safari 16.x). The minimum application support for Next-Gen UI is 2025.02.
Will I need to do anything to prepare for the change?
No, there is nothing you need to do to prepare. The update will be automatic, and you will be able to access the new design by logging into your online or mobile banking as usual.
Will my login information change?
No, your login information will remain the same. Please use your existing username and password.
Will I still have access to all my account information?
Yes, you will continue to have access to all your account information, transaction history, and banking services. The change is purely aesthetic and functional, enhancing your overall experience.
