Why is U.S. Century Bank changing the design of the Treasury Management online and mobile banking platform?

We’re upgrading to a modern, intuitive design to make your banking experience faster, easier, and more personalized—whether you're on desktop or mobile.

When will the redesign occur?

The new experience will go live on December 11, 2025, and will be available automatically when you log in.

What is the minimum app requirement to support the new design?

To access the new mobile experience, please ensure your app is updated to the latest version available in your app store.

What are the minimum browser requirements to support the platform?

For the best experience, use the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.

Will I need to do anything to prepare for the change?

No action is required. Your access will automatically transition to the new experience.

Will my login information change?

No, your username and password will remain the same.

Will I still have access to all my account information?

Yes, all your accounts, transactions, and statements will remain available.

Will there be any downtime during the transition?

No downtime is expected. You’ll be able to access your accounts as usual during the transition.

What’s new with the login and sign-in screens?

You’ll notice a fresh, modern look that matches the new homepage design. These updates apply to login, multi-factor authentication (MFA), sign-up, and password recovery screens.

Will I be greeted when I log in?

Yes! You’ll see a personalized greeting each time you visit, using your preferred name. Up to four different greetings rotate to keep things fresh.

What are the messages at the top of the page?

These are customizable messages from the bank. They may include helpful links to pages, documents, or external sites, and can open in the same window or a new tab.

What’s included in the My Accounts section?

All your accounts are displayed in clean, easy-to-read tiles. Click on an account name to view transactions or select “Show More” for additional details. You’ll also see alerts for due dates or past-due statuses. Each account tile may include quick action buttons like Pay, Transfer, or Statements.

What are Quick Actions?

Quick Actions are shortcut tiles that help you get things done faster. You’ll see four by default, but more can be added. Each tile links directly to a feature, page, or document—customized to fit your business needs.

What is the Widget Stack?

The Widget Stack is a compact set of tools that expand when you need them. It includes familiar widgets and new ones designed to help you manage your accounts more efficiently.

What does the Approval Widget do?

If you have approval permissions, the Approval Widget shows you all pending approvals for payments, templates, and users. You can filter, review, and confirm actions securely using step-up authentication.
